Limited Early Summer Harvest Box
Our Early Summer Harvest Box began as a simple idea; something we wanted to share with a few close friends. A way of capturing what early summer in New England feels like, when the landscape shifts from fresh green growth into full abundance.
There is a moment each year when everything begins to ripen at once. Gardens overflow. Wildflowers bloom along the roadside. The air grows heavy with cut grass, warm earth, and the scent of things flowering in the sun. What began in spring now arrives in full color and flavor.
This box reflects that moment of arrival; the early summer harvest, when the land offers its richest flavors, brightest blooms, and longest days. Vibrant, generous, and unmistakably tied to the season.
The Early Summer Harvest Box is our way of sharing a snapshot of New England at the height of its beauty and bounty.

What's Inside
Heirloom Windor Beans
Long planted across New England as an early-season staple, windsor beans have grown in cold soil when little else would. For generations they provided steady nourishment, and today, they’re prized for their rich, nutty flavor. Earthy and versatile, they move effortlessly from soups to pastas and fresh spring dishes, bringing a depth of flavor to the first meals of summer.
Calendula Petal Soap
Good soap begins with what comes from the earth. Made with olive oil, coconut oil, and shea butter, this bar is enriched with calendula petals; bright, sun-colored flowers long used for their soothing qualities. Given time to fully infuse, this soap feels both gentle and deeply nourishing. The result is simple and beautiful. Soft and lightly herbal, with a warmth that feels like the first real day of summer.
Vermont Wildflower Honey
Produced by bees in Vermont’s Champlain Valley, this raw, unfiltered honey captures the fields, blossoms, and flowering trees that shape the region. For generations, the valley has been known for producing light, delicate honey with remarkable depth and character. Extracted without heat or heavy filtration, it retains its natural complexity and floral sweetness, offering a true taste of place.
Tarragon Salt
Tarragon is one of the first herbs to return in our garden each year. It pushes up early, bringing a green flavor that feels like a shift away from winter cooking. We blend it with salt to preserve that brightness. Nothing complicated; just an aromatic finish that works especially well with spring vegetables, eggs, and anything fresh from the market. It’s something we reach for constantly this time of year.
Lilac Candle
Lilac season is brief, and that’s what makes it so unforgettable. The scent arrives all at once, carried through damp air after rain, then disappearing just as quickly. To capture that fleeting moment, lilac in bloom, green leaves, and lily of the valley are layered with the mineral note of petrichor. When lit, it evokes open windows, cool air, and a spring garden just after rain.
Fiddlehead Card Set
Fiddleheads appear for only a short time each year, and for many, they mark a true beginning. We took inspiration from their form to create this set of flat cards. Printed on vellum cardstock with a soft finish and paired with matching envelopes, they feel as considered as the message they carry. A small way to send a note, mark a moment, or stay connected at a time of year that invites fresh starts.
